Teen Challenge Armenia is a non-profit organization based in California, USA, with operations in the Republic of Armenia. Providing services at no cost to individuals is entirely dependent on the wonderful donations, funding, and volunteer activities of individuals and organizations throughout our communities. We understand that community involvement and support are critical components of recovery and are required to provide programs that address the specific needs of the communities concerned. Our group has a mission to openly follow Christ, lead by serving others, and spread life-changing kindness.
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”
(2 Corinthians 5:17)
The following represents a comprehensive list of our active ministries:

In 2021, with official authorization from Global Teen Challenge, the non-profit entity Teen Challenge Armenia was established in the state of California by Samvel Minasyan. The organization proudly attained its recognition as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit, underscoring its commitment to ethical governance and public accountability.

Teen Challenge Armenia is committed to achieving two primary objectives:

1. Our initial aim is to generate financial support and increase awareness for our initiatives in Armenia. These initiatives focus on aiding individuals struggling with substance abuse and ensuring a nurturing environment for orphaned children, all under the guidance of our Armenian Director, Gagik Mkrtchyan.

2. Our long-term ambition is to establish a rehabilitation facility within the United States. This center will adhere to American regulatory standards and secure the necessary assets and support network to extend the efficacy of our programs.

Since 2006, Gagik Mkrtchyan and Samvel have worked tirelessly to help young people overcome delinquency and addiction. Their dedication has led many to a better, more hopeful path.
